Attendance & Leave

Students should be regular and punctual to school.
Attendance before and after a holiday / vacation is compulsory.
Minimum 90% attendance is required in an academic year.
Attendance is compulsory for all school functions like Independence Day, Republic day, annual day, sports day, etc.

Unless and until it is too urgent, parents should not take leave for their wards.
If a child is to be absent for more than three days, the parents should meet the Principal personally to get the leave sanctioned.
Students should give application for leave to their class teacher.
In case of serious illness, the Principal should be informed within three days with a Doctor’s certificate along with the leave application by the parent.
If your child is suffering from any infectious disease, let him/her take rest and inform the school authorities about the illness and produce a medical certificate.
